In the 1970’s Royal Mint, in conjunction with the WWF and IUCNNR (World
Wildlife Fund, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature and
Natural Resources), issued an 48 piece collection of silver proof coins, two
each from 24 different countries.

Afghanistan, Botswana, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Fiji, Falkland Islands,
Gambia, Indonesia, Jordan, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mongolia, Nepal, Oman,
Pakistan, Seychelles, sudan, Tanzania, Thailand, Venezuela, Zaire
and Zambia.
